- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender-crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large skillet (oven-safe), combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder and half of the cheddar cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the drained cauliflower to the skillet and stir to coat with the cheese sauce.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
