Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream butter and sugars: In another bowl, cream granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well.
- Combine wet and dry: Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the creamed mixture, starting and ending with dry. Fold in diced apples.
- Assemble: Spread batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
