- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Stir well.
- Add the diced apple, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with chopped almonds if desired and serve chilled.

- Optional: Add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.
