- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (30g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and milk until well combined. Stir in the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
