For the Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 1/2 pounds (680g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Maple-Mustard Glaze:
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned, flipping halfway through.
- While Brussels sprouts are roasting, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Once Brussels sprouts are roasted, transfer them to a bowl and toss with the maple-mustard glaze.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Variations: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
