- 1/2 cup sour cream (120ml)
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (75g)
- 1/2 cup diced carrots (75g)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (30g)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5g)
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers (50g)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (15ml)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, cheese, sour cream, milk, soup, peas, carrots, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
