- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, and olive oil. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the dough evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into breadsticks.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or enjoy as is.
