  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup (100g) white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
