  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep: Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Dice the apple.
