Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
