Ingredients

- 500g (2 cups) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 100g (3.5 oz) Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Optional Toppings: Berries, chopped nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over it.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings evenly over the top.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
