Description

A quick and healthy dessert with creamy yogurt, rich dark chocolate, and your favorite toppings!


Ingredients

  • 500g (2 cups) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 100g (3.5 oz) Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Toppings: Berries, chopped nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over it.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen toppings evenly over the top.
  6. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.
  7. Break into pieces and enjoy!
