			- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Unroll each cinnamon roll and flatten slightly. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Re-roll tightly and cut each roll into 6-8 bite-sized pieces.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Dip each cinnamon roll bite into the French toast batter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place the dipped bites onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the bites are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the French toast bites are out of the oven, drizzle generously with the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!
