 - Cinnamon Swirl:
- 2 tbsp butter (or plant-based alternative)
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 
 - Glaze:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1–2 tsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
 
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
 - Whisk together oatmeal base ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into the baking dish.
 - Melt butter for cinnamon swirl in a small saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
 - Drizzle cinnamon swirl over oatmeal base in a swirl pattern.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
 - Whisk together glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
 - Let oatmeal bake cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle glaze over the top. Serve warm.
