Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box (8.5 ounce) corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and sour cream.
  5. Add the corn muffin mix and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
