Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box (8.5 ounce) corn muffin mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the eggs and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and sour cream.
- Add the corn muffin mix and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
