Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce alternative
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into 12 small patties, sized to fit the slider buns.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- While the patties are cooking, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly soft.
- To assemble the sliders, cut the slider buns in half. Place the bottom half of each bun on a baking sheet.
- Top each bun with a beef patty, a half-slice of cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of scrambled eggs.
- Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
- While the sliders are baking, prepare the crack sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce alternative, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Remove the sliders from the oven and drizzle with crack sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Spice it up: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture or a dash of hot sauce to the crack sauce.
- Vegetarian: Substitute the ground beef with plant-based crumbles.
