Ingredients

  • ½ cup (50g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (250g) Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp (40g) Honey
  • ¼ cup (40g) Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup (30g) Shelled Pistachios, Chopped
  • ¼ cup (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine almond butter and honey in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add rolled oats, cranberries, pistachios, protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Roll into 1-inch bite-sized balls.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
