- 1 cup (250g) Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp (40g) Honey
- ¼ cup (40g) Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup (30g) Shelled Pistachios, Chopped
- ¼ cup (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp (1g) Sea Salt
- ½ tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine almond butter and honey in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add rolled oats, cranberries, pistachios, protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Roll into 1-inch bite-sized balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Use room temperature almond butter for easier mixing.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
