- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Apples, sliced (such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)
- Graham crackers
- Pretzel sticks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the packed light brown sugar, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top of the dip, if desired.
- Serve immediately with sliced apples, graham crackers, and pretzel sticks for dipping. Alternatively, cover and chill for later.
