- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb pasta (such as fettuccine, spaghetti, or penne)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
