  • 1 package (500g) potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (75g) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir in the fresh spinach leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Remove from heat and gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
