Quick & easy creamy pasta salad bursting with fresh flavors!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook al dente.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
  4. Add pasta and veggies to the dressing and toss to coat.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Stir before serving.
