Quick & easy creamy pasta salad bursting with fresh flavors!
Ingredients

			- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook al dente.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Add pasta and veggies to the dressing and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.

- Vegan: Use vegan mayo and sour cream.
