Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12–15 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath, cool, and peel gently.
  3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika, and chill before serving.
