- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz/28g)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (120ml)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1/4 cup milk (60ml)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or pasta, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
- Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, softened cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve over cooked rice or pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
