  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • 1/4 cup milk (60ml)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or pasta, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
  5. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, softened cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
