  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth, add thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  7. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
