- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the Parmesan layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
