- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced Honeycrisp apples, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
- If desired, add crumbled goat cheese.
