- 500g / 2 medium Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 50g / 1/4 medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 15g / 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
- 15g / 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 30ml / 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 30ml / 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 5g / 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2g / 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1g / 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
- Chop the fresh dill and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, dill, and parsley.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
