Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine milk and vegetable oil in a separate bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder (optional).
- Spoon mixture into muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
