  • Optional: garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine milk and vegetable oil in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder (optional).
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool in tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
