- 2 cups (400g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 12 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, chopped
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Red sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, sour cream, and heavy cream, mixing well.
- Fold in chopped Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and green food coloring if desired.
- Pour filling over crust, smooth top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream and red sprinkles before serving.
