Ingredients

  • 225g / 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 225g / 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 23 stalks Green Onions, diced
  • 115g / ½ cup Sour Cream
  • Optional: Jalapeños (sliced), black olives, guacamole

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  • Step 2: Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 3: While tots bake, prep your toppings.
  • Step 4: Remove baked tots and top with cheese and cooked meat. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Step 5: Garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and optional toppings.
  • Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy!
