- 225g / 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 225g / 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 medium Tomato, diced
- 2–3 stalks Green Onions, diced
- 115g / ½ cup Sour Cream
- Optional: Jalapeños (sliced), black olives, guacamole
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Step 2: Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 3: While tots bake, prep your toppings.
- Step 4: Remove baked tots and top with cheese and cooked meat. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Step 5: Garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and optional toppings.
- Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy!
