- 1/4 cup (85g) Honey (or Maple Syrup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (80g) Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup (45g) Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey, Casein, or Plant-Based)
- 1/4 cup (40g) Mini Chocolate Chips (Dark Chocolate option)
- 1/4 cup (40g) Colorful Candy-Coated Chocolates (like M&M’s)
- 1/4 cup (20g) Crushed Pretzels (Gluten-Free option)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Add oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, candy-coated chocolates, and pretzels to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Do not overmix.
- Using your hands, scoop small portions (about 1 inch) and roll into bite-sized balls. Wet hands slightly if the mixture is too sticky.
- Place bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
