Fuel your cravings with these easy, no-bake Monster Cookie Protein Bites! Packed with protein, flavor, and fun, they’re the perfect healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Creamy Peanut Butter (natural, no sugar added recommended)
  • 1/4 cup (85g) Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup (80g) Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup (45g) Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey, Casein, or Plant-Based)
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Mini Chocolate Chips (Dark Chocolate option)
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Colorful Candy-Coated Chocolates (like M&M’s)
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Crushed Pretzels (Gluten-Free option)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, candy-coated chocolates, and pretzels to the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Do not overmix.
  4. Using your hands, scoop small portions (about 1 inch) and roll into bite-sized balls. Wet hands slightly if the mixture is too sticky.
  5. Place bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use room-temperature peanut butter for easier mixing.
  • Adjust sweetness by reducing honey.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of almond milk or water at a time.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based protein powder and maple syrup.
  • For gluten-free, use gluten-free oats and pretzels.
