Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. The mixture will become thick.
  4. Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches a smooth and spreadable consistency.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of the frosting onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
