Description

All the comforting flavor of a classic cinnamon roll, transformed into a healthy, protein-packed, and convenient no-bake bite-sized snack perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (90g) oat flour (ground oats)
1/2 cup (45g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup (125g) creamy almond butter
1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 tbsp almond milk (if needed)
2 tbsp melted white chocolate (optional drizzle)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms. If the dough appears too dry, add almond milk one teaspoon at a time until it’s pliable and easy to handle.
Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls, approximately 12 pieces.
Place the rolled bites on a piece of parchment paper. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate the protein bites for 20 minutes to allow them to set before serving.

Notes

Store these No-Bake Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
For an extra crunchy exterior and intensified flavor, roll the formed bites in a mixture of cinnamon sugar before chilling.
