  • 2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25g) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, spinach, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
