- 1 (6-8 pound) boneless turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the olive oil mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour half of the glaze over the turkey breast.
- Roast the turkey breast for 1 hour. After 1 hour, baste the turkey breast with the remaining glaze.
- Continue to roast for another 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.

- Tip: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is cooked to a safe internal temperature.
- Variation: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze for a spicy kick.
