  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Rub the olive oil mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  5. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Pour half of the glaze over the turkey breast.
  8. Roast the turkey breast for 1 hour. After 1 hour, baste the turkey breast with the remaining glaze.
  9. Continue to roast for another 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
