Festive and delicious Pumpkin-Shaped Sliders perfect for Halloween and fall gatherings! Easy to make and customizable.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese, cut into pumpkin shapes
- Orange food coloring
- Sesame sticks (for stems)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small, round patty.
- Add a few drops of orange food coloring to each patty and knead until the color is evenly distributed.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through.
- While the patties are baking, prepare the slider buns. Slice them in half.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Place a pumpkin-shaped cheese slice on top of each patty.
- Place each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun.
- Insert a sesame stick into the top of each patty to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- Top with the other half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- Tip: Toast the buns for added texture.
- Variation: Substitute ground beef with ground turkey.
