- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pita bread, crackers, or vegetables, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, pumpkin puree, olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. This may take a few minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more honey for sweetness or spices for flavor.
- Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables. You can also chill it for later.
