Description

Easy Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars recipe! Delicious dessert with raspberry, coconut, and graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the vanilla extract, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the condensed milk.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the top of the coconut and chocolate mixture. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the jam gently into the other ingredients.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and the filling is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment paper overhang.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
