Easy Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars recipe! Delicious dessert with raspberry, coconut, and graham cracker crust.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the vanilla extract, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the condensed milk.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the top of the coconut and chocolate mixture. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the jam gently into the other ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and the filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment paper overhang.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Freezing: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Let thaw at room temperature before serving.
