  • 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Trim and shave Brussels sprouts.
  2. Core and slice pears.
  3. Combine Brussels sprouts, pears, cranberries, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
