Easy S’more Bars bringing campfire flavors indoors!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 3 cups (510g) milk chocolate chips
- 4 cups (225g) mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Cool slightly.
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, corn syrup, and salt in a saucepan. Cook until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chocolate chips until melted.
- Pour chocolate over crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed.
- Cool completely before cutting.
