- 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain yogurt
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup (100g) shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup (75g) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (25g) sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until slightly chunky.
- Add buffalo sauce, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the chickpeas. Mix well to combine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chickpea mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the spicy chickpea mixture in the center.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Serve immediately, optionally with extra buffalo sauce on the side.
