  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrot, and bell pepper. If using, add the feta cheese.
