Description

A comforting and festive Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring perfect for using up leftovers or creating a quick, delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet with the wide ends overlapping in a circle, creating a ring shape. The pointed ends should be facing outwards.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Fold the pointed end of each triangle over the filling and tuck it under the wide end, forming a ring.
  6. Brush the top of the ring with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
