A comforting and festive Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring perfect for using up leftovers or creating a quick, delicious meal.

- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet with the wide ends overlapping in a circle, creating a ring shape. The pointed ends should be facing outwards.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the wide end of each triangle.
- Fold the pointed end of each triangle over the filling and tuck it under the wide end, forming a ring.
- Brush the top of the ring with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
