1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream, chilled

1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and cold heavy cream.
Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes thick and airy, about 2-4 minutes with a hand mixer.
Pour your chosen milk (hot or cold) and vanilla extract into a serving glass, stirring gently.
Carefully spoon the whipped chocolate mixture over the top of the milk.
