Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables: dice the avocados, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, dice the cucumber, and chop the fresh cilantro.
