  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Wash and dry the baby spinach thoroughly, then place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the Berries: Slice the strawberries if using, and add them along with the other berries to the bowl.
  3. Toast the Pecans: In a small skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the pecans for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool slightly before adding to the salad.
  4. Add Feta: Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
  5. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss the Salad: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. Finish: Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top just before serving.
  8. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy.
