Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad packed with fresh cucumbers, chickpeas, feta, and herbs, tossed in a zesty lemon dressing.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, dill, and mint.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
