Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, dill, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
