- 500g / 1.1 lbs ground turkey
- 60ml / ¼ cup soy sauce
- 30ml / 2 tbsp honey
- 15ml / 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- ½ medium sliced onion
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 60ml / ¼ cup beef stock
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Cook turkey, breaking it apart, until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and onion. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Whisk cornstarch and beef stock. Pour into skillet, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked turkey back to skillet. Stir well. Cook 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
