Ingredients

  • 500g / 1.1 lbs ground turkey
  • 60ml / ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 30ml / 2 tbsp honey
  • 15ml / 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ medium sliced onion
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 60ml / ¼ cup beef stock
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high. Cook turkey, breaking it apart, until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and onion. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Whisk cornstarch and beef stock. Pour into skillet, stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked turkey back to skillet. Stir well. Cook 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
