- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped (approx. 150g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (approx. 6g)
- 1 (10.75 ounce/305g) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (10g) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pound (450g) pasta
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook until heated through.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.

- Variation: Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for added flavor and nutrients.
