- 1/2 cup (113g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour: Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or microwave in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and salt: Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate Greek yogurt: Gradually add the Greek yogurt to the mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Add flour and chocolate chips: Slowly add the cooled, heat-treated flour to the mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
