  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey-hot mixture.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
