- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey-hot mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add sliced chicken to the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
